Post Watch Bitz - Who we are and what we do!
Welcome to the Watch Bitz shop, the latest spot for tools, accessories and parts.

My nick is “Offshore”. Some of the members here will know me from around the traps over a few years now..... to the others members, Hi!, and please yell out if you need an assist, or I can help in any way.
I have been gradually building this business selling some tools and parts to watchmakers and hobbyists, for a couple of years, our inventory now offers over 400 items, and we add new products every week.

I am of the opinion, that the best quality tool available, is the best tool for the job.
This doesn't necessarily have to mean the most expensive however. It also doesn't necessarily mean that Swiss tools are better, or Chinese tools are inferior. In fact, of late, there are new ranges of tools also being sourced from India, Korea, Vietnam, and Taiwan, to name a few. Fortunately, they all seem to find there way to Guangzhou and Shenzhen in China, where they can be analysed and selected.
So how is Watch Bitz going to keep on top of all the latest offerings, based as we are in Australia?
Firstly with frequent visits. I completed my 4th visit in the middle of last year and plan another trip in the next month or two.
Secondly I am fortunate to have a very able assistant working for me in GZ. She is not unknown to the watch business, and spends a good part of each week in the watch markets.
I am also fortunate to have some astute "watch nut" friends living in GZ, and HK, both of whom are also associated with the watch trade, and who are advising, testing, and sending samples. So I believe we can keep ahead of the game, and be as well informed as is possible.

To keep our post costs at reasonable levels, we may from time to time drop ship from China. Mainly larger items! If it is anything which requires any measure of QC, then that will be undertaken before it leaves. You, the client don't want a faulty item, or to be bearing the return shipping cost, and we don't want to have to pay for 2 lots of shipping either!
On other smaller items, we will supply ex our store in Australia. It is possible to seapost larger items at a lower cost, however we would only do so on request. Please also consider that the minimum post charge to say the USA is A$10.50.(plus packing) This allows up to 250gm, so multiple items can be shipped in one consignment, and be much more cost effective.

Most of our business is conducted from our online shop at www.watchbitz.com.au, however from time to time we will offer special items of particular interest to the forum members here.

Please direct any questions to sales@watchbitz.com.

Enough of the preamble.....the doors are open for business.
Offshore.

he met a fairy ? like the type with wings and glitter or a flamboyant gay man there is a difference one of them is fairly common and no big deal the other is quite interesting even tho both often are covered in glitter
