I agree the tourby movement is largely overpriced. As is most of their movements which definitely can be sourced cheaper elsewhere.

However, what do you guys think of the rest of their parts, I was looking to get some heat treated hands from them which cost $100 but seem decent quality compared to most ebay stuff.

Also, I am looking at their 6497 case which is one of the smallest around at 42mm and seems (?) to be better quality then the run of the mill parnis/ corgut cases. Do you guys know any other sources for 6497 based cases and hands? Can't seem to find many under 42mm.

I think their brass hands are very nice. Thicker than most and a grade that patina’s Easily.

Their blue 3646 hands I believe are electroplated. So if you want genuine best is to buy from binbin

And $100 is overpriced

I have to post a picture of this one...

What is their game, seriously? Do they post these watches for ridiculous asking prices in order to raise the prices of their other cheaper items?

Does that actually work? And how well? I should try listing one of my straps for $20,000...

I can't wrap my head around the reason that would make anyone list a $500 watch for $135,000. Anyone?

If you guys take a look at their first page of feedback, you will see that their most expensive sales were a couple of items for $100 each.

Here are posted specs:

Quote:
Lug Width: 17mm
Case Size: 30mm
Water Resistance Rating: 100 m (10 ATM)
Water Resistance: 100 Metres / 10 ATM
Model: Rolex Submariner
Case Color: Silver

Looks like the seller copied and pasted the description of some other random watch.

Post Re: Interesting eBay auctions and sales thread finds
This ebay seller posted a Tudor 7928 case and dial. The dial looks wrong, but I could be wrong. After all, the seller does appear to be legitimate - 100% feedback and high number of transactions.
But how about the case back? The engraving is off-centered. Could this be legitimate?

Someone who knows Tudor watches please take a look at these hands...
