I've got two CYMA pocket watches on the way, I'm thinking of a reworked 45 Lith case with a GSTP-esque dial (white or cream dial, black art deco numerals and gold lumed (faux rad) at 12. 3, 6 and with seconds moved to 9). CYMA's are the future!!

Dragon dial looks good. Will order one.

However the chinese wording on 6 and 9 position are interchanged, need to get that corrected.

Hi Toofsy,

chances are high this is a 7xx cyma. Size 17 ligne should be around 38mm. Fits most 47mm cases, but needs a custom (thinner) movement ring. I have such a movement, the quality is equal or better than the average Cortebert 616, as it has a very smart designed spring stud and a Brequet hair spring. It just lacks the famous Rolex connection the Cortebert has, that's why it sells cheaper.

cheers, Wil

But apparently these compasses are not all that rare. Here is another one for $3,000.

Why are they calling it a "Pocket Watch Desk Instrument"?
