Post Stockholm, Friday April 7th
The world is changing, both in a worse and good sense.

I have been on duty since Friday afternoon 15:00 and headed home Sunday morning 11:00.
It's been really moving to see people offer strangers a ride, a warm meal or shelter for the night in case they had nowhere else to go after the incident on Drottninggatan in central Stockholm.
Really good to see how a situation like this can bring people together and who knows, they may have made friends for life because of this.

There were flowers on our car when we returned and were heading for home. People were thankful for the fast and efficient service we were lucky enough to carry out during these few hectic hours.

That 0.1% of people is making the world is making the world feel unsafe. We are living in an increasingly crazy world.

But as you said, it's often times like these we also see the the best of humanity surface to the top.

Glad you're safe M. I'm trying to watch less news these days as it gets taxing on a persons hope for a better world.

These tragedies can show us how brutal a few people can be, but they can also show us how most people are good.

On a side note, I totally support free speech, but would also appreciate it if dumb people didn't use this kind of post as opportunities to showcase their stupidity.

Stay safe M, this kind of crap is becoming far too common in your part of the world these days. Know that your American brothers stand with you against the enemy at the gate.

Sorry, what does this mean?

There's only one way to read the fact that a truck driven by some crazy man ran through a mall and killed innocent people.
There are many things wrong in this world but if we loose this kind of perspective we're doomed.

On a different note, thank you Yoda both for helping people and for trying to find something positive in this accident.

That was a quote for all the crazy people as you mentioned.

I hope such events never happen again and people live together peacefully.

Sorry for the disturbance.
