The whole thing was done by VDB, which is a watch modder/dealer that builds custom "vintage" PAMs based on images of the original 1930s/1940s era watches (like from Volker's Vintage Panerai book). I picked up mine from a friend, pretty much for the sole purpose of getting a close look at it so that I could try to replicate the methods used on the dial, case, and hands for whenever I build up my own.

The indices were hand lumed with Super-LumiNova™. The SL stands for the lume I used.
