Post Ulysse Nardin Diver
Any UN fans here? I have had this for a few years now. I actually lost it in the park one year when it snowed and was devastated. I kept going back to the park to check with the staff to see if had been handed in. And.. eventually .. IT WAS!! an unidentified person handed it in to the
staff at the athletics track.

I was reunited with my prized possession and bought the park staff some champagne!. So as well has having traveled around the world with me this watch is a symbol of people's honesty!

I have the steel bracelet also that I rotate with the rubber and titanium strap.

Very nice. I've always liked that model. If one came along at a bargain it would be hard to pass it up.

That is not a watch. That is a Work of Art!! :o   :o

Absolutely beautiful! And the story about losing it and then getting it back is just icing on the cake. If it were mine, I'd never get rid of it. Best wishes to you, and enjoy it in good health!

Wow what great luck, would not happen in the USA. I purchased a Hammerhead edition a few years back and could not take it off for about a year, then I found HF and now it hardly gets wrist time. Beautiful Maxi Marine!

That is definitely a work of art. And such a touching tell. Wear it well and take care so that you can pass it on as heirloom.

I bought a Maxi Marine about a year ago because it was cheap. It's nicely made, but the dial is a bit fussy and can be hard to read at a glance. Yours is much nicer IMO

Thee are a few Watch brands that I think are under appreciated and this is definitely one of them. As a bonus, I don't think that they have sold out like much of the watch industry has and over produced time pieces so you don't see them everywhere. nice timepiece there!!

As a side note, I have a vintage Ulysse 8 day movement that I want to put in a watch case, but I personally haven't though up a dial design that I think is a match for the brand.
